  • ½ tablespoon protein powder (optional)

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk of choice (I use almond milk)

  • ¼ teaspoon oil (any neutral oil works like avocado oil or vegetable oil)

Toppings

  • chopped peanuts (optional)
  • flake sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the overnight oats base recipe and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl or container with a lid. Set aside.
⅓ cup oats, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ⅓ cup milk of choice, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, ½ tablespoon protein powder
  • In a separate bowl, melt peanut butter until runny. Add milk to thin it out and stir until smooth. Pour over oat base layer.
1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1-2 teaspoons milk of choice
  • In another bowl, melt chocolate and oil until smooth. Pour over peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and flake salt, if using.
1 tablespoon chocolate chips, ¼ teaspoon oil, chopped peanuts, flake sea salt

Notes

  • Blend the oats for a creamy, dessert-like consistency, or simply stir it all together if you like more texture.
