The easiest, fudgy brownie cookies.
Jump to RecipeIf you’ve ever wondered whether a boxed brownie mix can make good cookies, the answer is yes…but not all mixes are created equal.
I tested this with multiple brands to see which one actually delivers that perfect brownie cookie: crackly tops, chewy edges, and a soft, fudgy centre. And after a few batches (and a lot of taste testing), one stood out.
The winner? Ghiradeli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix.
It gave the most consistent results – rich chocolate flavour, that signature brownie top, and a texture that feels like a bakery-style cookie that you wouldn’t expect from a brownie mix.
