Preheat oven to 350℉. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together oil, eggs and vanilla.

Add brownie mix and chocolate chips and stir until just combined. Don't overmix.
20 oz Ghiradelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix, 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Scoop batter onto cookie sheet, leaving about a 1" gap in between. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with flake salt.

Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet, then transfer to a wire cooking rack to cool completely.
