Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Base Layer
- ⅓ cup oats
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Cream Layer
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tablespoon milk of choice (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- ½ tablespoon protein powder (optional. If not using, add a bit of maple syrup or honey to sweeten)
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Stir together base ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
⅓ cup oats, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup milk of choice, 1 shot espresso, 1 teaspoon chia seeds
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, milk and protein powder until smooth.
½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ tablespoon milk of choice, ½ tablespoon protein powder
Remove base layer from refrigerator and pour yogurt mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to eat, dust with cocoa powder.
Cocoa powder for dusting

If you don’t have espresso, increase the milk to 1/3 cup and stir in 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee.

For extra creaminess, blend the oats.

Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
