Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease and flour (whichever you prefer).
In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
3 bananas, ⅓ cup oil, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Add white sugar and stir until combined.
¾ cup white sugar
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined and add to wet ingredients. Mix until combined and no more flour is visible.
1¾ cups all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon salt
Fold in Greek yogurt until mixed through. Add chocolate chips and gently stir until they're mixed throughout the batter.
½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Pour into prepared loaf pan. If you'd like, add a thin strip of butter along the middle to get that perfect bakery-style crack in your loaf - optional.
Bake for 65-70 minutes. Loaf is done when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
